Payment Refund Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all services provided by Bab Almadar Technical Services, whether booked directly or through our website, https://babalmadaartechnicalservices.com.

Payment

  • Online payments are confirmed via email, app notification, or both immediately after processing.

  • We do not store, sell, share, or rent any credit/debit card or personal information to third parties.

  • All payment details are securely transmitted through our trusted payment gateway.

Refunds

  • Clients can reschedule or cancel appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Clients are responsible for the security of any cash, jewelry, or valuables during service visits. The company is not liable for loss or damage to personal items.

Cancellation Policy

  • If a service is canceled after the technician arrives, or if the technician cannot access the premises, a visit fee of AED 100 + VAT may apply.

  • Any costs for materials already purchased or used for the project may also be charged if the work is not rescheduled.
